Concept
The Engagement Profiler was developed by Professor Ron Meyer, in collaboration with Bill Collins Ph.D. and Johanna Wolfbauer Ph.D., based on his “House of Engagement” model (see below). This model suggest that there are ten main categories of variables driving people’s engagement in organizations.
