The Engagement Profiler consists of 40 sets of statements. Respondents are asked to move a slide that always starts in the middle, either towards the left or the right statement, according to their opinion.

I get sufficient feedback on my work from my boss and my colleagues

Each set of statements has two slides. The top one indicates the respondent's assessment of the current situation (“The way it is”), while the bottom one allows the respondent to indicate the preferred situation (“The way it should be”).

After each set of statements, room is provided to comment or give suggestions, if the respondent would like to.

It is important to note that there is no right nor wrong – the Engagement Profiler just measures the level of engagement of the respondent.
